KANGUNDO ROAD (DONYO SABUK) LAND PROJECT

Jogoo Housing Co-operative Society Limited purchased land at Donyo Sabuk – Komarock area (Nimrod Road), subdivided into 13 plots measuring approximately 50 by 100ft (1/8Ha). The plots are along Nimrod Road approximately 3.5KM off Kangundo Road tarmac selling at;
i. 3 months payment Kshs 750,000.
ii. 6 months payment Kshs 770,000.
iii. 9 months payment Kshs 800,000.
iv. 12 months payment Kshs 820,000

N/B:
i. Minimum booking fee Kshs 300,000.
ii. The price is inclusive of processing individual title deed

KITENGELA LAND

Jogoo Housing Co-operative Society Ltd purchased 50 acres piece of land at Kajiado Kaputiei-North, sub-divided in to 380 plots, sold and issued title deeds to the plot owners.

Jogoo Housing Co-operative Society Ltd bought commodore office suite 1A

KINANIE / MAVOKO LAND

Jogoo Housing Co-operative Society Ltd bought 10 acres piece of land at Kinanie area; 12km off Mombasa road turn off at Athi River, Devki,. Three (3) plots are on offer measuring 50 by 100 (1/8Ha) selling at: 

  • 1 month payment Kshs 550,000 
  • 3 months payment Kshs 575,000 
  • 12 months payment Kshs 600,000.

Note:

  • Booking fee is Kshs 100,000. 
  • The price is inclusive of processing individual title deed.

KIMUKA 2 LAND PROJECT 

Jogoo Housing Society purchased 6.8 acres piece of land at Kimuka – Ngong area, subdivided in to 54 plots, sold and title deed processing is ongoing to the plot owners.

ACQUISITION OF LAND IN OTHER COUNTIES/ REGIONS

The following requirements must be met by the interested members; 

  • The interested members must be fully registered with Jogoo Housing Co-operative Society Ltd and will be required to make commitment to participate in the process. 
  • Submit offer letter and copy of title deed for the land owner to the office. 
  • Do a search to confirm genuineness and submit the search document to the office. 
  • The Size of the land must be at least 3 acres and above. 
  • Know the estimated cost of the land.
