Jogoo Housing Co-operative Society Ltd purchased 50 acres piece of land at Kajiado Kaputiei-North, sub-divided in to 380 plots, sold and issued title deeds to the plot owners.

KINANIE / MAVOKO LAND

Jogoo Housing Co-operative Society Ltd bought 10 acres piece of land at Kinanie area; 12km off Mombasa road turn off at Athi River, Deviki, an 1/8 (50 by 100 ft) is selling at: 

  • 1 month payment Kshs 550,000 
  • 3 months payment Kshs 575,000 
  • 25 months payment Kshs 600,000.

Note:

  • Booking fee is Kshs 100,000. 
  • The price is inclusive of processing individual title deed.

KIMUKA 2 LAND PROJECT

Jogoo Housing Society is offering plots for sale measuring 50 X 100ft at Kimuka – Ngong area, approximately 2km off Ngong-Suswa tarmac road on first come first served basis at; 

  • Payment within 3 months (90 days) Kshs 620,000
  • Payment within 6 months (180 days) Kshs 670,000
  • Payment within 12 months (365 days) Kshs 720,000 

Note:

  • Booking fee is Kshs 100,000.
  • The price is inclusive of processing individual title deed.

ACQUISITION OF LAND IN OTHER COUNTIES/ REGIONS

The following requirements must be met by the interested members; 

  • The interested members must be fully registered with Jogoo Housing Co-operative Society Ltd and will be required to make commitment to participate in the process. 
  • Submit offer letter and copy of title deed for the land owner to the office. 
  • Do a search to confirm genuineness and submit the search document to the office. 
  • The Size of the land must be at least 3 acres and above. 
  • Know the estimated cost of the land.
